2020. European Co-Fresh project and asbestos disposal

Le terre di zoè was selected as a pilot case in the European project managed by CO-FRESH, whose main objective is to (re) design and test innovative systemic approaches to agro-food chains with the aim of spreading innovation at a European level. These innovative approaches will improve the economic, social and environmental performance as well as the efficiency of these supply chains, through the intelligent integration of technological, social, organizational, managerial and institutional innovations; all with the ultimate aim of making supply chains more sustainable.

This project, which will be long (lasting 4 years) and laborious, will allow us to experiment and implement new systems aimed at reducing energy consumption and waste.

Also in 2020 we have provided for the total disposal of asbestos roofs in the laboratory of San Ferdinando (RC)
