Kick-Off: Hungry Ecocities Project

The European Union-funded project Hungry Ecocities has officially started.
In this project, thanks to the collaboration with the artist Betiana Pavon and the Architecture Studio @studio-other-spaces , we will have the opportunity to reuse the natural waste from our juice and compote processing, creating altars that we will donate to our lands.
Objective: 100% use of our fruit, enrich the soil with natural elements and identify a meeting point where we can pay homage to Nature.
In the same project, under the supervision of the University of Brno, the Filnova company and the agronomist Aldo Mariani, we will also test the benefits of mycorrhizae on Avocado trees, a fairly new crop in the Italian panorama.
