The “Terre di Zoè” brand line is obtained with only BIO certified ingredients, of our production or purchased from selected suppliers.
The transformation takes place the day after the collection at our BIO certified laboratory.
All processes are done in handmade way. Following the tradition, reviewed from a health perspective and controlled by modern equipment, we pay the same attention and love as our grandmothers to the product, without ever losing sight of the high quality standards.

To better capture the flavor of the fruit, we only work seasonal fruit, grown on our land in Calabria and harvested at the right degree of ripeness. Only in this way is it possible to enhance the flavor during processing.
The products of Le terre di zoè are gluten and allergen free because both the raw material, the fruit we produce, and the processing laboratory do not have or come into contact with foods that contain gluten and / or allergens.
Our laboratory only transforms non-shell fruit.
The products of the Le terre di zoè line do not contain any thickener, coloring or preservative. We thicken our compotes thanks to the high content of natural pectin contained in the fruit. The natural color is preserved by vacuum cooking. Long shelf life is guaranteed by heat treatment only.
